How Do I Provide E-Commerce Consulting?

  • First, we identify your current situation and goals.

  • We evaluate your budget and production capacity.

Product Analysis

    1. I determine which market your product is suitable for.

    2. I conduct market research for your product.

    3. I analyze competition and pricing.

    4. I identify average sales volumes.

    5. I define the strategies required for your product to rank at the top.

    6. I calculate the profit margin by taking into account all costs that may arise during the sales process (shipping, production costs, commissions, etc.).

    Creation of Listing Data

    1. I conduct detailed keyword research.
    2. I create titles and descriptions.
    3. I analyze search terms.

    Logistics

    1. How packaging is done.

    2. How to create a shipping plan.

    3. Barcoding.

    4. Shipping company selection.

    5. Export processes.

    Launch and Advertising

    1. I determine our advertising strategy by conducting proper keyword research.

    2. I initiate the review process.

    3. I set up and launch the advertising system.

    Storage

We have warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany that we work with directly. If you prefer, we can arrange for your shipments to be sent there instead of directly to Amazon warehouses.

NOTE: I do not personally manage these processes. I only provide consulting and guidance.

    Tax and Accounting

If you are considering establishing a company in the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, we connect you with the accountants we work with and help initiate the process.

If you plan to operate with a Turkish company and store products in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you will need VAT and EORI numbers. In addition, your VAT filings must be handled by an accountant.

NOTE: I do not personally manage these processes. I only provide consulting and guidance.

    Brand and Patent

Although these two terms are often confused with each other, they have very different meanings. A trademark application only protects your brand name, whereas a patent protects your products. Unfortunately, due to difficult experiences I had in the past regarding this matter, I believe that having a patent is far more important than having a trademark, especially in a market like the United States.

NOTE: I do not personally manage these processes. I only provide consulting and guidance.

You may need all of these processes or just one of them.
